One New CANSLIM Long Position And Three New Speculative Long Positions

October 30, 2007

KEEP THESE SMALL and as a matter of fact if you are a newbie DON’T TOUCH ANY OF THESE. My favorite chart is EGT with all the max green BOP and huge accumulation all over the chart since the beginning of 2007. The charts price, volume, RS, and BOP action since mid September is just fantastic. The sales growth is great too. However, the earning suck, but in 2008 EPS is supposed to turn green. The best stock overall, tonight, is AOB. Too bad the stock has too deep a cup and the RS line is well below the January 2007 highs. That voids it as a good long for me–not having any green BOP the past month doesn’t help either. SUSS should probably be completely avoided by everyone.

new CANSLIM long position: AOB

AOB is breaking out of a very large and deep cup with handle pattern, on very strong volume. Cut your loss with a close below the 11.80 level, if the stock does not move higher immediately.

new speculative long positions: ADBL EGT SUSS

ADBL is breaking out of a flat base on base pattern, on strong volume. Cut your loss with a close below the 50 day moving average, if the stock does not move higher immediately.

EGT is putting in a very bullish intraday reversal and breaking out of a base on base pattern, on strong volume. This is a very pretty chart with all the max green BOP and heavy accumulation since the start of 2007. Cut your loss with a close below the 50 day moving average, if the stock does not move higher immediately.

SUSS is breaking out of an ascending base pattern, on below average volume. Cut your first loss with a close below the 22.31 level and your final loss with a close below the 21.26 level, if the stock does not move higher immediately.
